Our VarioLöffel® is undoubtedly the most flexible excavator bucket on the market. Employing this bucket makes the use of excavators ranging from 2.0 to 25 tonnes and other machines, such as multi-purpose or forestry equipment, more versatile and thus more economical. Whether in earthworks, sewer construction, in gardening and landscaping or in road building - our VarioLöffel® enables you to work swiftly and flexibly in all directions, even on narrow construction sites or along walls, kerbs and pipes.

Our VarioLöffel® bucket is super flexible because it is equipped with both a v-shaped opening and a rectangular one. It becomes simply unbeatable, however, as soon as it is attached to the excavator in combination with our RotoTop® with its 360° limitless rotation. The universal bucket is available in five sizes (100 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 700 litres of content) for excavators ranging from 2 to 25 tonnes of operating weight.
The v-shaped opening makes it possible to achieve a 10-fold performance increase when dragged for instance whilst cleaning and digging a ditch. It makes moving of trees and bushes so much easier. The rectangular opening on the other hand makes it easier to trowel roadway shoulders and to trace embankments. The rounded bottom saves material when cleaning ditches and digging up drainage trenches and greatly simplifies compacting of v-shaped ditches.

OUR ROBUST AND DURABLE VARIOLÖFFEL® AMORTIZES IN JUST A FEW DAYS
The VarioLöffel® bucket is made entirely of Hardox. This makes it very robust and wear-resistant. At the same time, due to its v-shaped design, it is a true light-weight in comparison with other mobile excavator buckets.
With our VarioLöffel® , manual labour can be saved in all conceivable trades where the conventional bucket can no longer be used at certain points. The performance increase in ditch cleaning is unbeatable in direct comparison to the classic ditch cleaning bucket: Here you can achieve up to 10 times more, i.e. 10,000 running meters on a 10 OpHrs-day are feasible. In this way, our VarioLöffel® amortizes itself within just a couple of days.
VERSATILE APPLICATION WITH A GOOD VIEW
OUR VARIOLÖFFEL® BUCKET ALSO WORKS IN CONFINED SPACES IN AN EXCAVATION-SAVING WAY AND GENTLE ON THE SURROUNDINGS
Since the VarioLöffel® bucket features two openings, operators can look through both openings and avoid damage when working. Due to these diverse options, it may replace some attachment tools in foresting, landscaping, and road building which could also cut costs for their purchase and transport.
When compared to a trench cutting machine, our VarioLöffel® bucket is gentle on the smallest of animals and leaves them unharmed. Contrary to the swivelling ditch cleaning bucket, our VarioLöffel® ‘s trench bottom has a significantly smaller radius. This helps preserve flora and fauna and its shape limits the excavation volume. Furthermore, the round bottom causes an optimal profile to be cut when towed and, by compacting, increases the durability of the banks.

The VarioLöffel® is entirely made of Hardox and therefore extremely robust and wear-resistant. Additionally, it is also available with wear plates.

With its extensive range of application our VarioLöffel® bucket is able to replace various attachment tools. For that reason, it is not necessary to change tools so frequently and you can save on expensive manual work due to our tool’s flexibility.
Cost Savings
The VarioLöffel® bucket enables you to achieve up to 10 times the performance, enormously cutting down on costs. The small radius causes essentially less dug-out material which needs to be disposed of at high costs.

Gardening and Landscaping
The VarioLöffel® bucket’s v-shaped opening simplifies moving trees and bushes. The rectangular opening supports retightening of embankments.
Road Building
It is indispensable here for troweling roadway shoulders and for creating and cleaning ditches and trenches. Our VarioLöffel® bucket can also be used like a wheel loader in combination with a wheeled excavator.
Earthworks
As the radius at the lower end of the v-shaped opening of the VarioLöffel® bucket imitates that of a commercially available shovel, everything which has previously been done manually, can now be performed with an excavator.
Forestry/Communal
Complete water drainage is made possible with our VarioLöffel® bucket. Not only the ditch or trench will be cleaned, but also the inlets and outlets of pipes, shoulders will be maintained and material directly loaded onto trucks or distributed in the immediate vicinity.
